About a month ago I started having a pain either near the testicle or in the testicle during ejaculation. I have no pain leading up to it or after the ejaculation. It almost feels like a muscle strain. I have no other health problems and don’t really know whether to consider this one. Any ideas?

Froggy voice

i have had a froggy voice,cough white or clear secreations fell tired and have bone achs in my legs this has been going on for 2 weeks now and isn’t getting any better i rarely have fevers and i also have been sweating more ,and having cold sweats . my throut

is a little sore but not real bad,
im just sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Scrotal lumps

im 23 year old male,from last 3 months i have a lumps on scrotum..i used a hair removal cream ,,after that it started developed,,they are same in colour as my scrotum have,,feel itchy sometimes ..and when i squeeze them it wouldnt hurt me and no any fluid comes out..some lumps are very visible in shape ..i never indulge in any sexual relation..plz help me im so much depressed:(

Bowel problem

I keep getting a feeling that I need to open my bowels, but when I go there is nothing to produce.This feeling gets worse as the day progresses and is at its worst after 3.00pm. I have also noticed that after sex the anal area seems very large and prodruding with the same feeling of every thing falling out. My bowels open every day and I don,t have to strain unduly. I had a high forcepts delivery with lots of large cuts and stitches 17 years ago could this be the cause??
